Customers will have the option to pay their bill by:
- Mail – Check or Money Order
- eCheck or Credit Card
- ACH AutoPay – Checking account only
- Online – eCheck or Credit Card
*** Online and phone payments are subject to convenience fees: $1.00 per transaction for eCheck payments and 3% for credit card payments.
Action is only required if you currently use your bank’s online bill payment service to pay your monthly sewer bill. If this is the case, you will need to update our address with your bank:

Banking information for customers who are currently enrolled in ACH AutoPay will automatically transfer over to
the new billing system. No action is required.
At the bottom of this page is an ACH Authorization for those who wish to enroll in our ACH AutoPay program to
have their sewer payment automatically deducted from their checking account on the due date each month.
There is no charge for this service.
Customers will be able to reach a dedicated customer service representative during the hours of 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by calling (888) 881-6535.
