Bill Payment

While we encourage you to consider selecting paperless statement and billing, you may still pay your bill by check via US Mail using traditional methods and paper bills will continue to be sent as regularly scheduled.

Banking information for customers who are currently enrolled in ACH AutoPay will automatically transfer over to the new billing system. Your new bill will instruct you to remit all payments to the following address. Please make sure to use this new address after January 1, 2025 to ensure your payments are properly posted:

If you make your payment through your bank's online bill payment service, it is your responsibility to update our new mailing address with your bank to ensure that your payment is received on time.


Customers will be able to reach a dedicated customer service representative during the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by calling (888) 881-6535. Any messages left outside of business hours will be returned on the next business day. Customers can also send account questions and correspondence by email to koontzlake@awtbillingservices.com.
